An adviser on the seller's side of the table.

SixOne Partners helps owners work out whether licensing their records makes sense, and what a license would ask of the business.

Four questions about your business. Nothing to upload.

Data licensing is new to most owners.

AI companies now license records from established businesses, and every offer starts with the AI company's own terms. SixOne Partners reads those terms with the owner.

What you can hold us to.

We act only for the business that owns the records.

  • On the first call, we learn how the business runs and which systems hold its history. If the records don't fit, you hear it before the call ends.

  • You'll know what each term means for your business before you agree to it.

  • We chase each open question until someone answers it.

  • The fee depends on the license. Nothing is due up front, and you'll see in writing who pays it and how much before you sign anything.

Disclosures

  • SixOne Partners is an independent advisory, registered in Pennsylvania. We act for businesses that want to license their records to AI companies.
  • We aren't lawyers or accountants. Have your own lawyer read any license you're offered, and get your own tax advice.
  • SixOne Partners never buys company records or keeps copies of them. It's up to you to make sure the records are yours to license, since customer contracts and privacy laws can limit that.
  • AI companies decide whether to make an offer and what to pay. Nothing on this site or in our conversations promises an offer or a price.
  • Nothing is due up front. Who pays the fee depends on the license, and before you sign anything you'll see in writing who pays and how much. You can turn down any offer.
  • Names and contact details come out before any record goes to an AI company, and you approve what's shared before it leaves.
  • Every example record on this site is made up, and none of them describes a real client. Where an example names a software product, its record names are the ones that product uses.
