Terms

Effective October 10, 2026

These terms apply when you use sixonepartners.com. SixOne Partners runs the site and is registered in Pennsylvania. If you use the site, you accept these terms.

Who the site is for

The site is for business owners and the people who act for them. To send the fit check, you need to be at least 18 and allowed to share details about your company.

Using the site

Use the site to learn about SixOne Partners and to get in touch. Please don't try to break into it or overload it.

What you send us

Give true details in the fit check, and only details you're allowed to share. Keep customer and staff information out of your note. Our privacy policy explains what happens to what you send.

Whether your records are yours to license is for your business to confirm, since customer contracts and privacy laws can limit that.

General information

The site gives general information about data licensing. None of it is legal or tax advice. Ask your own lawyer to read anything before you sign it. Every example record on the site is made up and describes no real client.

Offers and agreements

Nothing on this site promises an offer or a price. AI companies decide whether to make an offer and what to pay.

Sending the fit check doesn't create any agreement between you and SixOne Partners. Before you sign anything, you'll see in writing who pays our fee and how much. Any license is a separate written agreement that you'd sign yourself. If a signed agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement wins.

Our content

The site's words and design belong to SixOne Partners. Linking to any page is fine. For any other use, ask us first, and please don't copy pages in bulk with automated tools.

Other companies

Software names and marks on the site belong to their owners. Naming a product doesn't mean its maker works with us. When you follow a link to another site, that site's own terms and policies apply.

Limits on our responsibility

The site comes as it is. We make no promise that it's free of errors or always available. As far as the law allows, SixOne Partners isn't liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on what it says. Rights the law gives you that can't be waived still apply.

Governing law

Pennsylvania law governs these terms and any dispute about the site.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the new version goes up on this page with a new effective date. Using the site after that means you accept the new version.
